read someone's blog and saw some snipplets here and that game me some food for thought..
"I thought he was perfect..but in reality, he wasn't. And that taught me something. There is not a person who is perfect in this world. But the person that we're all seeking for is that one person whom we see his flaws, understand his imperfections, spot his weaknesses...and still can't live without him. You don't expect a person to change for you...you embrace what he/she is. Maybe all along, I've never really been looking, I just let nature takes its course, and hands my fate on a plate to destiny.
Life is such."

"I LURVE SATC movie... I watched it yesterday and I could see that the cinema was filled with fans of the TV series. I like how Carrie said something like "Women in their twenties are looking for love, and women in their thirties are learning from their mistakes in love..." (or something along that line).
It's so awfully true, isn't it? When you probably start dating in your teens (some tween), you're just looking for companionship and the thrill of dating. You yearn to feel popular and wanted, and you're likely to hook up with any random person that caught your fancy (and vice versa). When you're in your twenties, (like me, and I'll be over stepping into thirties sooner than I can imagine) you realised what you want. Though you still dream about a knight in shiny armor, you become slightly more realistic. Well, perhaps women in their early twenties still pin for that knight, but as they past the twenty-five benchmark, they realized that it's not just about the superficial stuff, but things that are a little more in-depth. There's not a woman out there whom I know who feels completely secure about her relationship. There's just this tiny virus in them that is almost in-born, where they don't believe that good things could just happen to them.

Scandalous that Les and Al only had one season Jun 2 2008 by Lee Ryder, Evening Chronicle
ROB LEE admits he still often sits back and wonders why Alan Shearer and Les Ferdinand were only allowed to terrorise defences for just a solitary season.
In fact, Lee feels that strongly about United’s decision to let Ferdinand head to London and sign for Spurs, he describes the break up of Big Al and Sir Les as a ‘scandal’.
The popular former Toon midfielder won’t find too many people around pubs and clubs on Tyneside that disagree. And, just like the Geordie nation, he reflects on the dream partnership with fondness.
And why not?
Shearer cracked 27 and Ferdinand hit 17, and that was despite both players suffering injuries during the campaign.
Lee says: “We had Alan and Les and often Tino on the pitch from time to time too.
“But for me and most of the fans it was really about Alan and Les.
“When you look back it was a scandal they played just one season together. It was the ultimate partnership and great to be in a position to feed them the bullets.
“Of course, as a box-to-box player you were also going to get goals yourself as you benefited from the havoc they both caused.”
Lee loved the Keegan years the first time around, and although Ferdinand had to sacrifice his beloved No 9 shirt as part of the audacious deal to capture £15m Shearer, the midfield maestro reckons the former QPR ace’s presence was the key factor when it comes to the glut of goals during the 96/97 campaign.
He added: “You have to look at it from a defender’s point of view.
“Often you need two people to look after Alan because he caused so much damage.
“But how on earth could you leave Ferdinand unattended?
“A lot of defences didn’t really know what to do in the end.
“And when you have people like Tino, David Ginola, Peter Beardsley and Keith Gillespie also on the field it can only lead to more goals!”
Craig and Alan were so good for each other
WHEN Alan Shearer went into the 2001/02 season on the back of seven goals in an injury-hit previous campaign, many football observers believed the former England skipper was beginning to wind down a career that had seen nets bulge all around the world.
Not so.
Shearer hit back in devastating fashion to crack 27 goals in a partnership with fiery Welsh striker Craig Bellamy.
Bellamy netted 17 times alongside Shearer, and while many think that the Cardiff-born ace did Big Al’s running for him to resurrect his career, Lee believes that Shearer also helped the Wales star get his reputation back on track.
Bellamy had been relegated with Coventry, with many questioning the player’s attitude and ego.
Lee says: “Craig and Alan were probably good for each other that year.
“Alan had had a frustrating time with injuries, and Craig was looking for a fresh start.
“It was no surprise that they hit it off together at Newcastle.'
Bellamy’s fall-out with Newcastle boss Graeme Souness was well documented, with the striker opting to go live on TV to slate his manager.
Yet Lee feels that controversy is all part of the package with Bellamy.
He added: “Whatever people say about Bellers, he is a very, very good player.
“He’s got pace and goals in him and he uses his aggression to run at defenders.
“It was certainly a different partner for Alan but one that worked and, of course, helped to get Newcastle into the Champions League.”
