hmmm... these few days with a dialup internet access and plenty of time on my hands, i've been very stuck on tv.. suddenly i am a couch bean without a couch.. well,.. at least i hv my comfy office chair.. there is so many shows which i've started to love.. simpsons.. short, sweet and humour.. but damn.. i've finished watching season 14 of the simpsons on my laptop and i can't download more to watch coz i'm on dialup. argh..

then there is the reality show Big Brother.. different characters different conflicts.. there are those ppl who cant stop "yadda yadda"-ing away, those egos u can't stand for.. pretty babes who show off by shaking their butts bitchily, those sob blops, those bling bling kinda R&B guys, those plain janes kinda characters etc etc.. just like to watch them fight one another over nothing.. who said soccer was the only thing showcasing ppl fighting over nothing..?

talk about reality shows, there's also Meet The Folks. kinda like a match making kinda show. nice decent looking girl. 3 guys vying for her. plus... plus.. her parents!! haha.. prolly inspired by the movies Meet The Parents & Meet The Fockers. the usual getting to noe each other kinda activities planned out then the big surprise.. their ex girlfriends brought into the picture dishing out just all the dirty secrets u wouldn't want ur prospective gf to hear.. haha.. one guy had so much dirty linen hung out, if it happened in singapore, he would probably be single his whole life.. just imagine this guy slept with not one but TWO of the gf's best friends!!

Then having enough of reality shows, there is sports which i love.. World cup u'll say.. yea.. but the fun actually ended in the quarter finals.. with the exception of Germany & Italy.. but.. i fell asleep anyway.. missed it totally.. but saw the 2 goals nonetheless the moment i open my eyes, awoken by the commentator, as the TV which i didn't off before i fell asleep rambled away..

Tennis is the new Soccer for me... hiak hiak.. Wimbledon.. female tennis players with the tight fitting outfits!! Maria Sharapova! Whoa!... a pity she lost in the semi finals to man-woman Mauresmo.. argh.. dun like their grunting too.. Amelie Mauresmo went on to win the ladies singles final against Justin Henin-Hardened. Men singles was even better.. The Cypriot Baghdatis beat Lleyton Hewitt in an upset in an exciting, explosive Quarter Finals match. then Rafael Nadal went one step higher in beating Baghdatis in a wonderful Semi Finals.. then Rafael Nadal lost out narrowly to world number one Roger Federer in a tight nerve wrangling final played a superb game with the ultimate respect for each other congratulating one another after the game.. wow..!!

well,... with so much eyes-glueing TV shows on.. u realli cant blame me for having an upside-down life.. watching from evening to around 7am everyday.. and sleeping till 1pm for "breakfast".. keke.. ok.. back to my world cup final game..
