Watched dvds again.. over the weekend watched 2 dvds at uncle john's.. hmmm... kinda get addicted to dvds liao.. suddenly i can watch movies and dvds n tv serials all day long.. after all the training of being a mess boy!

Slacked for an hour or two at home after lunching with the guys after soccer. kp is back. but dn went hongkong. heh.. he told me he'll get me something. maybe clothing.. hee.. jm hung around longer with me.. he says he's like he dun hv an aim in his life.. no direction. well, i feel that it's only natural he feels this way after devoting much of the past 2 years to army. aww.. i wish i could make him feel better..
evening time i made my way down to aunt elsie's. it's ryan's bdae.. Spent the night over again.. watched my team win 3-0 away from home! yay! hmmmm... maybe i should get a dip in the pool tomolo.. my back's hurting badly.. urks..

SENTOSA Outing!!
Got up early today. watched Naruto 157 before meeting up with nep, 'ok hao', hongwen, cai & alvin at amk mrt. we had a light breakfast at the hawker centre opposite harbour front (at the same time meeting up with the other guys who went there via a different way)before taking the bus ride to sentosa. We alighted from the bus at Siloso Beach. Whoo Hoo.... i had Sun, Sand, Sea aplenty! An eyeful of babes too of course.. heh.. ;) We played beach soccer, beach volleyball, swam around the lagoon, tanned our backs and snacked away.. the weather was fine. no rain. but strong sun.. haha.. though it couldn't stop us from having a good time together. our last outting as a platoon before ord i guess.. *sigh* even if next time got outing oso hard to get such a strong showing liao.
i helped organize one okay? of coz good showing la.. heh.. no lah.. all thanks to llewell(helped spread word & brought volleyball), weiming(prepared some food), ah cai(called guys to remind them). sure missed thanking some one la.. thanks all.. either for showing up or playing a part in organizing.. See for yourself.. it's fun fun n more fun to go out with frens enjoying cheaply at sentosa. we spent oni on entrance.. SCORCHED!!

Thursday. Day off. Basically a very simple day spent at home.. awoke early wanting to go for jog n swim in morning with nep but he overslept. urks! =P spent my morning editting the FM database to play. afternoon ard 3pm met nep for a jog. it's good great to hv company for jogs. we prolly jog about 5km plus minus.. pretty enjoyable as we chatted a lot as we sweated it out.. the weather was magnificent. slight drizzle at the very most. cooling & refreshing..
he came to my place to wash up and we asked 'ok hao' along to hv dinner at a coffeeshop. he rode his mountain bike over and joined us for company. we went thru plenty of funny video clips and army pictures in my room on my laptop and pc. there was many funny memories rekindled. being forced into army got us together and many memories were priceless..
using my laptop, i burnt all the pix n video clips into 5 cds for 'ok hao'. priceless memories now in the cds.. =) they stayed over for the night due to heavy downpour.. darren din even sleep. he was up playing games. nep succumbed to the temptation of the blanket and bed 1st.
got up in the morning, we went for breakfast at macdonald's before departing. i'd guess all of us went home for some more precious sleep. coz that's what i did.. haha..

Whoo... juz came back from camp and it's only wednesday! haha.. looking forward to saturday's sentosa outing with platoon mates then to play soccer with kp, who just came back from brunei, this sunday.. =) hmmm... feel like jogging tomolo.. but it's realli difficult without a jogging partner.. maybe i should try harder in persuading jm, 'ok hao' or nep..
Watched another 2 dvds this week in the mess with 'ok hao'. The Mummy & The Mummy Returns. heh.. hmmm... ah leong din come at all this week. he told us he had some family problem and mike commented that he seemed pretty sad today.

Champions league clash between Man Utd & Lille
i figured why i always fall asleep halfway thru while watching champions league clashes in midweek but seldom on weekend premiership football. it's ALL because of this guy. Mark Richmond. Yes. him. why? 'cos his commentating sux big time. monotonous most of the time. after getting pampered by reputable coaches/ex-players on espn giving their insight into the beautiful game, to be subjected to mark's commentating is torture. Sorry for dissing ya, Mark. But perhaps channel 5 should get seriously consider getting a better commentator.

Today was a pretty eventful day. followed uncle john n aunt elsie down to uob building(uncle john's work place) to get a bank draft. luckily uncle john is staff so a lot of trouble and exchange rate charges were waived. he even helped me settle the commission of 1%. Thank you so much.
Uncle john went to work. aunt elsie and i continued on our way to idp to submit my school fees. the idp person patiently told me about the stuff i need to do step by step. gosh. still ain't comfy looking her in the eye as she talk. guess i'll nv hv good eye contact.. =(
went home after that and started sourcing accommodation and air tix. spent half the afternoon doing juz that only to come to roughly the same conclusion. which was to apply thru STA or GBC. accommodation seems expensive. oh dear.. big headache ah...
awww... so sweet.. haha.. channel 8 shows are so full of these heart warming moments.. i'm such a sucker for sweet happy endings.

WoW! played soccer in the rain today from around 11am till 3pm. 4 whooping hours in heavy rain. hee hee hee.. the kinda rain where i hv to wipe the water from my face every half a minute and yet still gave my nose n eyes the feeling that i was swimming.. wahahaha! it's such fun..
like another guy said.. it feels like we're kids again.. to which i retorted that i am still a kid. haha.. i told him i am not considered an adult as long as i haven start working. yeah..

ah! My eyes are feeling a lil' tired. But.. but.. but i don't wanna sleep yet lah.. as usual if u noe me.. i'll oni sleep when i'm damn tired. seems like my eyes has less stamina than my body overall.
i had this strange dream ytd night. it's so scary. i dreamt i juz felt so depressed. i dunno why. it was sucha emotional torture. i remember i juz felt like jumping off a building, slash my wrists etc.. i even woke up halfway thru the night and typed into my hp wanting to sms someone to tell him/her abt it. i fell asleep again before i could send. i didn't know who to turn to either. din noe who to sms. din wanna sound silly to others too.. hmmm...
i awoke in the morning early. the bad feeling starting to disperse. i've never felt so depressed before. i've never thought i'll feel like taking my life either. it wasn't a good experience.. erks!
perhaps it was the dvd movies i watched at the mess earlier that day. watched Death Watch, a war movie about this german ghost, and also Hotel Rwanda about this great noble man who fought hard to save the innocent ppl in a civic fight in rwanda between the 'Hutu's and 'Tutsi's.. so much bloodshed. wild massacre. haiz. so cruel and brutal and silly..
i find that there's always something to learn from every movie. movies always give me food for thought. thoughts to blog abt. well,...

Yesterday was an eventful day.. well,.. started off with me going to work! yeah.. i am this game assistant situated at Millenia Walk to help this couple try and win a beetle. i was paired with team 10 which was a pretty young couple and i kinda befriended them rather easily.
the game is divided into 2 parts. the first part is such that the contestants were instructed to get a list of items with a budget of 26 bucks. Items include any value meal from Yoshinoya, a certain-brand chocolate, an ice tea from coffe club, a citibank brochure, a rotiboy, a burger from carl's jr, a clam chowder from long john silver and a puff of any kind.
for the 1st part, Team 10 which is zaixiang and catherine, didn't come back very fast as did some of the other teams and got me really anxious. they were around overall 5th outta 10.
for the 2nd part, the couple were assigned a chaueffer driving them around with a beetle. they chose a route with 8 puzzles to solve. for example an sms clue would sound like this.. "Tallest building in Singapore." then they have to scurry to the location make me a video call n prove they are at the correct location by showing me the signage of the building using the sony ericsson 3G phone.
it was my first time using 3G technology. wow.. an experience. though accordingly to feedback from catherine, it was realli frustrating to be unable to get reception to make a 3G call at certain locations. well, they ended like 5 or 6th eventually.. Team 6 were the winners of the Beetle.
then me n jm splurged our day's earnings at a Movie and dinner. ate at billy bomber's and watched Goal at Cineleisure. i like the show. prolly also in part due to me being a nufc fan. well,.. i'll say pool fans dun watch lah.. pool got 5th after being edged by nufc. many parts of the movie i feel like shouting but cannot. so uncomfortable. haha..
i'm in such a rush blogging this i hate it. gotta book in much to my reluctance. =( pics of the day found here cya guys..

Slept at 0630h. woke up in a jiffy at 0800h. was up thru the night configuring the wireless router of my uncle's. turned out pretty easy to do it. however due to some error in one of his computers, the LAN wasn't complete. well.. that is work for another wkend as he said..

it has been said that sony ericsson is having this lucky draw of which we'll hv a few winners who'll get to play this treasure hunt game. jm, dn, me and some others will be assigned to some place and they'll hv to find us. we'll give them the clue/hint to the next checkpoint etc.. sounds fun eh? kekeke.. we'll see tomolo..
that said, i dun think i am able to sleep early tonite. coz i actually woke up at 4pm today! slept around 5+am after the cycling.. been a long time since i slept something like 10-12 hours already.. heh..
