18th July 2004 - Day After Double-O. No Hangover :P
0900h. Awoken by a call from kp on my mobile. Told that soccer session is at 1000h. Managed to push it backwards to 1030h. Hung up. Flipped over & continue to sleep. haha.. (now you guys noe y melvyn's so often late.. kekeke...) Awoke from my mini slumber again. hurriedly brushed up, changed, packed my stuff, & got out.
Reached the carpark. couldn't see kp n his van. Feeling dry in the mouth. must be the liquor last night i thought.. bought a 1.5 litre reverse osmosis water for SGD$1.50 at the coffeeshop.. to me it's only as good as tap water. but i was desperate for the water. felt hungry but nothing i like to eat. heck i thought. it turned out to be a very enjoyable soccer session. i played really well. scoring lots, making lots of dribbles & even "ole!" the opposition several times to the delight of the small crowd watching. (haha.. they're the teams waiting for their turn outside.. :P)
After the soccer session, darren emerged with difficulty walking. he said his feet felt pain below his ankle. i think it's a matter of over working that feet. it juz needed some rest. we went for lunch at kfc at amk centre. coz we long for some air conditioning. heh ;) after lunch, the guys came over to my house for ps2 gaming. heh.. basically slacking resting ourselves lah.. a little tired le mah...
By evening, they left. jm stil had to book in. kp didn't need to as he earned 3 days leave by winning a batallion soccer tournament. we agreed to watch the Copa America match tomorrow morning at my place. having breakfast together too.. heh.. take away macdonald's at my place. whoo.. i'm hungry already.. just thinking of my impending big breakfast. time to get back to my surfing.. i've juz blogged for like an hour.. whoa!
*ps: oh yeah, i managed to upload my brunei trip pix into my pc using kp's NGage. hmmm... both the digicam n his phone uses SD cards loh.. hmmm... maybe i'll upload the pictures to my blog tomolo morning? it depends.. on my procrastinating(learnt this word from reading friendster profiles.. kekeke..:P) character.. heh.. come to think of it, i still haven packed my room which had been littered by lotsa post-Brunei trip stuff like light sticks i "kop" back etc...
