   I paid a surprise visit to her place & bai nian to her mum.. bringing along two nervous oranges in hand, i greeted them with a Xin Nian Kuai Le which i had to ask jm to translate for me be4 i went up to their home. haha... i'm so accustomed to saying happy new year that i've forgotten the chinese phrase for it. but that gesture of mine was quite welcomed considering their smiles.

   After that we paid a visit at my aunt's place. where we chit-chatted, ate some tit bits, surfed some net & had our lunch. the rain was pouring when we stepped outta the house so we took a cab to Orchard. we were so cold in the cab coz we were a lil' wet from rushing into the cab. Bbbbrrrrr... Destination Lido, Shaw House..

   Peter Pan was nice!! though the plot is sorta expected from my point of view since i've read about their stories through childhood story books or cartoons. I liked the scenery a lot & i'm glad there's humour in various part of the show that sent apple laughing. she said she did enjoy watching the movie. i'm so happy. coz when she's happy the mood's good and the fun we have is tripled !! we watched it at Lido, Shaw House. the queue was super long. but we waited patiently for about 25 minutes n got our tix.

   since the show was an hour away, we decided to go shop for my wallet. then some clothes for her company D&D event coming the week after next. i wanted to get myself a couple of CDs too.. so i chose my wallet at Isetan & got something i thought would be neat. however, she didn't see any clothes she wanted. she'll probably have to shop next saturday with her colleague. hmmm.. which leaves me alone next saturday.. hmmm... who shall i ask out? (.'')

   while rushing back to the cinema, we grabbed ourselves some food from MacDonalds. We only realized that they had included an extra pack of fries in our bag in the cinema. whether did they charge for it i don't know la... well, if u care to count for me.... 9 pc McNuggets, McSpicy Double meal upsized with the drink changed to medium Milo. we paid 11 bucks. so did i have to pay for that pack of fries?

   On the way home, opposite the Orchard MRT Popular store, we got ourselves some CDs. i got one from Fang HaoWen & one from Blue. i had particularly liked the song called "You Make Me Wanna" by Blue.. thus prompting the pruchase. The Fang Hao Wen one was pretty experimental. juz wanna try n see how it is... she got one from Eason Chan too!

   i had wanted to take a photo of us on a card. In part coz we haven took any pix together for quite a while. (dammit, my dad took the digital camera to kelantan with him... arrggghhhh... ). In part to curb the appetite to see me & her of my army bunk mates whom i'm leaving this Wednesday. it's a pity. we've juz bonded n now we have to leave one another. haiz... :`(

   Oh ya, i juz realized i got my ERS! Whoa! that's a whooping SGD$400 bucks coming my way soon... waht a big fat hongbao!! but i think i haven got much of it left if i spent on some items i have in mind.. haha... once a spendthrift, always a spendthrift. i realli should be fulfilling my new year resolution of learning to save money better... *shaking head.. haiz...

   So, overall it turned out to be a pretty good & enjoyable day. it's good to see her smile n laugh again. after her hard work day & night at Bee Cheng Hiang.. realli poor thing. n the pay ain't that high either. in fact, it's measly...

   Night befell & it was soccer time. Newcastle lost to Liverpool despite a wonderful freekick goal by Laurent Robert. My Favourite Player!! i'm so sad.. they're outta the FA Cup.. :-( And to confound things, the soccer session i was looking forward to this morning has been cancelled. must be their late night mj lah.. i'm beginning to hate mj more n more.. arrgghhhh... =P
