Juz Some Thoughts/Ranting/Blabbers...

Life in Singapore is CRUEL,.
You can't AFFORD to stay still,..
You'll die of bankruptcy...

Money is the ROOT of ALL evil,.
It's also the most highly sought after,..
Come to think of it, if you don't seek it you'll die too... of hunger or whatever...

When you stay still n dun look for money,
You get short of cash when the bills come...
When you're short of money, your moods change.
You become easily frustrated, easily enraged.

when you don't have money, you cannot go out.
when you don't have money, you invite people to your house to fill in some of your loneliness...
when you invite people to your house, you enjoy n hope they come more often.
when frustrated people see happy people enjoying, they are not happy.

They become more and more demanding on those happy people.
The happy people become not so happy and lose their cheerful self.
Inside them, they don't want to be unhappy.
They don't want to have negative thoughts.

They don't want to think of dying.
They think of reasons to live on.
They know there are always loved ones.
But the problem still exists...

Maybe why relationships are so important to people is because..
- They're free. F.O.C. Even better than the so called Great Singapore Sale.
You don't have to pay to get consolations, comforting words, a listening ear, a pat on the back, a steady shoulder to cry on...

   And so, we walked around on sunday morning from 10am till 4pm in amk. and still we couldn't find ppl to play soccer. at 1030h we met at cheng san. no one. no ball. oni 3 of us. how to play? n so we tried to borrow a ball from Terry who lived near by... we were met with a "I don't wanna lend you the ball... what can you do to me?" we hung up on him. damn... to think that ball was bought by us for him as a replacement ball coz we lost the ball the other time we played together... then we waited for kp.

   when he duly came, we walked over to another backetball court nearby to find ppl playing. we were thinking of challenging ppl. but no one there too... then we walked over to a bb court near chong boon sec. there were 2 teams playing there... alas, we thought we could get a game.. they said they were tired n wanted to go home soon... then, a member of their's suggested to us for us to wait for them to finish the game n see whether there were enuff ppl left over to play a game with us. we gladly obliged.

   we started the game!! 2 mins in, we conceded a goal. this was due to our over-attacking leading to being counter attacked. we carry on playing n despite playing the better football, we were interupted without scoring an equalizer when 2 police officer came over n stopped us from playing. dammit... we got booked... our opponents went home after that but we did say we'll meet next sunday at 10am same place.

   walking over to kp house, we ate lunch then waited for a group of ppl who had asked for our contacts last week. they arranged to play with us at around 1430h. we reached there at 1300+ n asked whether they could come earlier. they delayed n delayed. we waited n waited.. finally it was 1600h already n still they were no where to be seen... i hate them!! Dammit!! i wish they would all twist their ankles the next time they play soccer... this is the end of sunday.. a stupid day spent walking most of the time.

   And so, i was so bored on monday i resorted to reading n napping... heh... to think i din use the computer for long... it was so long since my com get a rest like dat !!?? an afternoon's reading n napping wasn't realli fruitful but i managed to read quite a bit of my book.. the ps2 ain't around coz jm had brought it home.. n he din come on monday n tuesday coz he had to help his parents move some fridge... happy sweating...

   tuesday was spent playing cm in the morning at noon, nintendo too... then aikie came along. kp had asked him to accompany us to go watch the Home United vs Woodlands Wellington match at Bishan Stadium. it's a S-Cup Match... they bought Score! and we walked past an altar dedicated to some chinese gods and goddesses. we decided to go in and pray. i haven been praying to any god for years... well, no harm done. i prayed for happiness, a quick recovery for apple from her fever and that my mum would be "living" well in heaven .. heh... she so good... must be in heaven n not hell one lah... i din wanna pray for monetary purposes as it would be so insincere... i touched the stomach of the "Smiling Abbot" as i left.

   the match was exciting n full of action as it amounted to a 10 - 0 landslide victory for Home United. peres scored 4 goals, indra scored a hatrick, azhar scored twice and ratna suffian completed the scoring in the 89th min after coming on as a late second half substitute.. i felt a lil' sorry for egmar and sutte not scoring as both managed to beat the goalie but hit the woodwork. what an amazing match?? is this what i wished for? happiness? haaa... in a way it is...

   night was spent doing up my webbie. i had designed a few buttons n a photo gallery. wanted to organize my webbie photo section to be neater.. those that noe my webbie can feel free go check them out.. those not given please dun ask for them. i find it realli hard to reject but i realli dun wanna divulge it. thanx... ok, jm's back so i'm gonna go design my webbie while watching him play... byee !! =)

   arrggghhhh!!!!! i forgot to publish my blog entry n my one paragraph got deleted accidentally... shit... again... i'll summarize this entry to provide the same information as the previous but in shorter terms then... my house got a new tv. it's flat screen. it's the 4th in my house. i find it unnecessary. i'll rather the money be used on a new pc. i'll not tell him this though coz.....

   coz i've not been on talking terms with him since sec sch... i noe it's not good. i noe i'm not filial. but i'm not gonna change. take me as i am. maybe i'm incorrigible. i hate changes anyway... i'm gonna be bored. these few dayz i've played the ps2 till i'm sick. n i am... i've a headache now... now it's with jm n i'm bored coz i dun wanna play cm nor ps2. i'm too jumpy to sit down n watch a movie i've dl-ed... but maybe i'll... depends on my mood... maybe i hv mood swings afterall....

   And i FINALLY shrugged off my lazy body to blog here... sometimes i wonder when i'll stop blogging... maybe it'll cease after i am enlisted... maybe not... maybe i'm somebody that gives up half way thru.. maybe i'm a loser.. maybe it's just that i am depressed now... maybe i get bored of things very fast... hmmm... who noes... who cares? or maybe i'm just ranting... heck !!

   so here's updating from my previous entry.. kp n jm shared the cost of a new ps2... this was on a separate visit and not on 11th of june... was realli busy playing the new games on the ps2 from then on... added genie into my bean entangled list... she's my polymate. i believe she is influenced by phyllis to blog... hmm am i right? haha...

   so, i'm now exactly 2 and a half months from enlistment. my uncles were narating their past experiences at the dinner's table. we were having dinner together because it's my grand father's birthday... he's 69 !! wow... i hope he enjoyed our accompany...

   ok, recap back to monday... i awoke early n went to funan centre to collect my IOMEGA CDRW 52X/24X/52X. Expo was sold out so my dad had actually paid for it but was to collect the stock it at Funan. my task. i had also set out to go to Sim Lim to source for the CDROM brackets. i need them for my CRDW to be mounted upon the chasis... i was fortunate enough to have the accompanyment of kp n jonas. kp wanted to check out the market prices of ps2. he wants to buy a new set coz the current model could not read a lot of dvd games which are fun. or maybe he could modify it.

   ok so we walked n walked after collecting the CDRW to Sim Lim. at Sim Lim, we thoroughly searched the place... but couldn't find it. i was like so tired after walking through most of Sim Lim's stores. to which most of them dun even have any CDROM brackets... most have HDD brackets though... so i left Sim Lim a disappointed person. kp n jonas went to some Fu Lu Shou shopping centre and kp bought a set of mahjong. $60 bucks. jade green back n quite big sized. he almost bought a table too.. haha.... such craze for mahjong.. sianz... he's a gambler... no change in that. from Toto to 4D to Score to Strike to Big Sweep to Mahjong to Card Games... all he noes... i realli hope he doesn't bet so much....

   Tuesday, nothing much to say here coz i was home playing cm3 winning everything there is to win (Spanish Liga, Spanish Cup, European Champions League & 2 Spanish Super Cups) and some of the individual awards too... (Spanish Player Of The Year - Andryi Shevchenko, Liga Top Scorer - Andryi Shevchenko, Liga Top Assist - Gaizka Zabala Mendieta, Top Average Rating - Andryi Shevchenko)... then i went to play winning 11 training mode games... still haven perfect the freekicks yet!!! arrggghhhh !!! ok dat's it for reporting today...

   awww... my 5-6 paragraph blog entry not recorded or saved when damn blogger's database cropped up... dammit... lazy to rewrite my happenings from saturday onwards for the time being liao... juz went east coast park for picnic. built sand turtles, fishes, n castle.. then frisbee then finally cycled... fun of coz... last time i saw dav coz he is entering today... byee dav... :~(

   sunday i din go n play soccer, i went fish farm, saf yacht club and expo for pc fair with my uncle's family... sms dav quite late at night... he's still out pubbing... haaa... ok... good luck dav... join u soon...

   Eeeeee..... so short the programme... the star search segment for singapore contestants is so short !! i feel cheated again... like the feeling from the 8 days magazine... well... i had the wrong idea too... i thought that singapore would have 4 pairs of contestants going thru to the ultimate finals... well... i was wrong... i wasn't realli disappointed for my aunt though... she din sing that well nor dance well... her speech before the song was rather long... my fav pair went thru... the first pair.... Michelle was fuming coz the guy and gal she dislike most went thru... the 4th pair... ya noe, translating the chinese poem to english one???

   ya, n apple said that the first girl look like Mandy from my graduating class... ya, she does look like now that i noticed it on tv... her picture at mediacorpsingapore dun look like though.. hmmm... wonder whether paul n mandy are together after all the hype... hmmm... i hope not.. haha... else dav will be scolding her... haaa....

   i've been playing a lot of winning11 master league. my team has been formed... heh.. i dun even noe some of them.. i play a 3-4-3 formation with Edwin Van Der Sar as my goalie. my 3 defenders are an italian libero from classic italy, 2 dutch liberos from the classic dutch team, n i even hv another german defender from classic germany on my bench... Franz Beckenbauer is my Defensive Mid with another left midfielder bought from the german classic team. My right mid is a brazilian striker from the classic brazil team. my attacking mid is Craid Bellamy... arguably my fav. player at nufc. maybe second to laurent robert oni... heh.. my left forward is usually my fastest and that is my first signing, Tijani Babangida from Nigeria... he is veri fast n veri cheap... my right forward is Kieron Dyer which is also veri fast n relatively cheap n available... my striker in the middle goes to Emile "Not Heskey" Mpenza who is relatively tall n has good speed... i'm addicted to about 3-5 games per night... heh... here i go again...

   tomolo is fun !!! ecp for my first class in poly... picnic.. hmmm hope it will be fun... but kp n aikie not going coz they say will be boring lor... hmmm... they all going pc fair... actually i also wanna go lei.. haha... nvm lah.. i cannot hv the best of both worlds can i? heh... ;-)

   woked up at 11+ am despite sleeping at 2am oni.. hmm... how come i've been sleeping till so late ah? hmm... the day before i slept 4+am yet can wake up effortlessly at around 0930h... be4 i could brush my teeth, kelvo said he would be coming up to burn some stuff from my pc... fine... haa... talking abt burning, hopefully i can get my very own IOMEGA Internal CDRW 52X/24X/52X very soon... then burning would be a 2 min thing... heh... ;-) pc show coming up man...

   A walk down memory lane.... i Went surfing into SJI webbie... that was my ex school... believe me, they're having sec one n sec twos getting into contact with basic programming and html already... wow... more competition for me again but it's a lil' interesting to go surfing around n looking at pictures of teachers all over again... n they have a former Yugoslavia( now Serbia & Montenegro) chess coach to coach them... more WoW!! hmmmm.... i'll always have this regret in me... but i'm not going to say it... but ppl who noe me would noe abt this... haiz... 'if only's filled me... but if i knew, i wouldn't hv to work... i'll be buying 4D & ToTo every week... haaa... silly me... :-(

   Damn <Eight Days> !! they cheated me into buying this week's issue coz i wanna read how they say abt my aunt's chances but all i get was a small paragraph which only says this:

   Wow... i hv lotsa songs in my PC... & it took me an entire day to rename their file name and also edit the file info of everyone of them in winamp... here is my play list.

   basically did nothing else this whole day other than more winning n the incredible eating of 3 rice dumplings and a plate of rice for my dinner... haaa... i din eat lunch thus the big appetite... moreover, i find my ah ma rice dumpling rather small... heh... nonetheless, need to control my diet liao... going army soon... it's almost friday... wonder whether my aunt will win or not... haaa... long time never see her face to face liao... think will be awdward lor if we meet up... still hope she goes thru...

   Whoo... heng ah.... lucky i didn't accept the shop n save job... coz... according to jm, the Frozen Department which i was supposed to be posted to is realli yurky... think fish smell, wet floor, freezing fridge, slimy n dirty boxes... yurks... n i had a very peaceful day at home today... morning was having breakfast and reading papers n blogs as well as some news online... then i proceeded with playing cm3... then finally winning11... went on to read somemore papers (The New Paper) and more blogs... then felt a lil' drowsy so had a nap for an hour or so forgetting lunch !! had tea break then went out to amk to meet jm, jonas, kp n aikie... saw kelvo coincidentally at centre binding some ccna notes...

   then we went to yishun BK for dinner before going to Khatib to watch Home United Vs Sembawang FC... Egmar with a double !! 2-0 final score... rushed home n had a nice lil' chat with apple then off i go to bath... n here i am writing my blog... hmm... what a busy day... i din feel bored at all... tomolo i'll hv to go to return some books at the library liao... now i've got to burn some discs while i play ps2... not an eventful day to commentate but i'll feel guilty not to write my blog especially when i'm going army soon n i'll hv less time n energy to write... betta make up for future loss time.. haaa... dunno what i'm talking oso... k... burning time... turn on the flame man !! haahaa...

   WoW... they say best things are left for last... maybe it's true afterall... my best result in poly so far is this last semester of school... i collected my first 'A's... i got 2 'A's for Multimedia Engineering & Web Based Technology, 2 'B's for Networking & Database and a C for Computer System Integration... i'm rather happy but sort of expected my A in MM... coz my tutor told me before hand he could not push my A to become a Distinction... haiz.. if oni i had worked harder on my theory part i would hv gotten the AD liao... but it's ok... i'm a slacker n not born to hv ADs... haaa...

   i rejected the Shop n Save job coz i wanna go to the saturday outing n coz i do not hv a single black pants/jeans which is a requirement... heck man... it's pay is oni SGD$3.80 per hour... so lil'... my oni drawback was to leave Jonas, JM n Gary in the job oni... but... i believe it'll turn out fine... so i've passed n poly is over... time flies... it realli does in poly... in a twinkling of an eye, n now i'm a poly grad liao... what is the road ahead? ns then work... hopefully can major in a Uni after 1 or 2 years of work... i wanna be involve in mm stuff on the IT line... but it's gonna be hard... tuffer than i could expect i believe.... we'll see how it goes...

   I've gotten myself a job at last!! @ a Popular Bookstore from 1st July till 15th August... 5 bucks an hour... decent pay i would say... afterall i'm rather highly qualified for this sales related job... haha... having experience in being a sales promoter for Sheng Tai Toys, Rubberband Toys & Martel Toys... heh... as well as an OP sales promoter etc etc... i typed out a resume recently u c... i deem it very lousy lei... but got no idea how to improve it... haiz...

   meanwhile, it's been boring overall for me lor... juz hide in the library n read books... mostly abt multimedia stuff n comics n my book which i borrowed from my aunt. hopefully kp's uncle can employ us more often in June so i can earn some extra bucks... a bit of a needy lor... no soccer for me... that's a torture... urrgghhhs... i need it... i'm addicted to it... 2+ more hours n there will be spanish football n international friendly.. wish i could watch them.... but no... coz my uncle's already asleep...

   like nothing to blog about liao lor... then now dunno how oso... like oni david n charlotte read oni... oso a bit sianz... basically lazy to improve the blog ... i realli do wonder whether others do read... dun mind post ur big name in this comment. juz curious to noe...
